Day 2 Pamplona “San Fermin” Opening Ceremony - 6 July 2012
This morning we head into town to get a good position for the opening ceremony. At midday a rocket is fired from the balcony of the Town Hall which signals the start of the San Fermin festivities. The party continues all day, with cava, sangria, flour and eggs filling the streets of Pamplona. (B)
Day 3 Pamplona - 7 July 2012
Today is the first “Running of the Bulls”, which takes place at 8am each day of the San Fermin festivities. Following the run there is entertainment all over the town, from street parties to bull fights. This afternoon why not relax at the optional Topdeck Sangria BBQ - indulge in food and sangria before heading back into Pamplona for an evening in town partying with the Spanish. (B)

Another opportunity to “Run with the Bulls” this morning – or for the non-runners, why not just soak up the amazing atmosphere that fills the streets! Afterwards we’ll head straight to San Sebastian with its sandy beaches, old town and chilled out atmosphere! This evening you can head back to the campsite, or choose to party in Pamplona with a late night shuttle return from town.
