Itinerary
9.30am
You and your fellow race goers will meet at Shepherds Bush Walkabout, London to depart for the journey on to Ascot. On the way you will learn about the history, traditions and what you can do once you arrive at Ascot racecourse.
11.00am
After arrival at the racecourse, there is free time for you to either walk down to Ascot’s High Road where a number of the pubs open at 10.30am especially for Royal Ascot, or bring your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy on the lawn while we prepare lunch. Royal Ascot is all about glamour and royalty during a full day of great horse racing and fashion, highlighted by the Royal Procession at 2pm. This is your chance to mingle with the rich and famous, so you will want to look your best. Ladies may indulge in dresses and hats, while Gents can look the part in suits or top hat and tails!
12.00pm
There will be a cold buffet lunch and cold bubbly provided.
1.45pm
Get ready to see the Royal Family travel down the New Mile, just next to the coach park. The Royals will have travelled from Windsor Castle en route to the Royal Enclosure.
2.00pm
See the Royal Family as they pass on the New Mile!
Afterwards, you can make your way to the Silver Ring Enclosure for the rest of the afternoon to watch the races, drink champagne and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere!
The first race is at 2.30pm. The last race of the day is at approximately 5.30pm.
You should make your way back to the coach after the last race, and the coaches will leave around 6.30pm, driving straight back to London. You can then join us for our post-race day party in London!
