Itinerary

Day 1 London to Paris, France (option also to join in Paris).

Travel to France and in the evening enjoy a spectacular ‘City Lights’ tour of Paris. (D)

 

Day 2 Paris.

There’s time to explore the sights before our Paris Gourmet Picnic beside the Eiffel Tower. An optional River Seine cruise or Parisian cabaret is a difficult choice. (B,D)

 

Day 3 Paris to Swiss Alps, Switzerland.

Spectacular views today as we travel to the Swiss Alps and the gorgeous village of Lauterbrunnen. (B,L,D)

 

Day 4 Swiss Alps.

Don’t miss an optional adventure to the top of the Jungfrau Mountain which provides unbelievable views. (B,L,D)

 

Day 5 Swiss Alps to Avignon, France.

Step back in time to the medieval walled city of Avignon in the South of France. (B,L)

 

Day 6 Avignon to Barcelona, Spain.

The famous Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard is our stop en-route. Then Barcelona, a cosmopolitan city famous for Gaudi architecture and buzzing nightlife. (B,L,D)

 

Day 7 Barcelona.

Exploring Barcelona is exciting and varied. Visit Sagrada Familia, check out the beach or shop on Las Ramblas – so many choices! (B)

 

Day 8 Barcelona to French Riviera, France.

Follow the Mediterranean coast to the home of the rich and famous – the Cote d’Azur. (B,L,D)

 

Day 9 French Riviera.

Time today to discover this glamorous area. Try celebrity spotting in Nice or simply relax on the beach! Tonight visit the casinos of Monaco. (B)

 

Day 10 French Riviera to Venice, Italy.

We cross the Italian border today, stopping off in Verona before arriving in Venice. (B,L,D)

 

Day 11 Venice.

View the traffic on the Grand Canal of Venice from the decks of a vaporetto, and enjoy our included walking tour which unveils superb Venetian treasures. (B,D)

 

Day 12 Venice to Florence.

Traversing Italy, we stop at the Leaning Tower of Pisa before arriving in Florence. Enjoy the taste of Tuscany. (B,L,D)

 

Day 13 Florence to Rome.

Onwards to Rome. Our walking tour includes highlights such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. (B)

 

Day 14 Rome.

Our trip ends today after visiting Vatican City. (B)
