Day 1 Rome, Italy

We meet our fellow travellers in the afternoon. (D)

 

Days 2-3 Rome to Venice

To Verona, home of Romeo and Juliet then to Venice. An optional ride on a gondola is a must! (B,L,D) (B,D)

 

Days 4-5 Venice to Vienna, Austria

Explore Vienna, famous for Strauss, opera and apple strudel. (B,L,D) (B)

 

Days 6-7 Vienna to Budapest, Hungary via Slovakia

Via Bratislava to the twin cities of Buda and Pest. (B,D) (B)

 

Days 8-9 Budapest to Krakow, Poland

We drive through Slovakia on our way to Krakow. (B,L,D) (B)

 

Days 10-11 Krakow to Prague, Czech Republic

Visit the former concentration camps of Birkenau and Auschwitz then to Prague – our walking tour is captivating. (B,L,D) (B)

 

Days 12-13 Prague to Berlin, Germany

We stop at historic Dresden on our way to Berlin, one of our favourite cities. (B,D) (B)

 

Days 14-15 Berlin to Amsterdam, Netherlands

Tonight visit the Red Light district. Tomorrow, cycle around the city! (B,L) (B,D)

 

Day 16 Amsterdam to London

Belgian beer and chocolate in Brugge then back to London via France. (B)
