Itinerary

Day 1 London to Paris, France (option also to join in Paris)

From London to the cool French capital. On arrival we enjoy a city lights tour.

 

Day 2 Paris

A free day to explore the shops, cafés and museums and don’t forget our Paris Gourmet Picnic beside the Eiffel Tower. (B,D)

 

Day 3 Paris to Swiss Alps,Switzerland

Gaze out the window as we pass through the many fairy-tale villages and towns on our way to the Swiss Alps. (B,D)

 

Day 4 Swiss Alps

Hike the trails past quaint wooden chalets and snow capped mountains or sit back, relax and admire the spectacular views. (B,D)

 

Day 5 Swiss Alps to the French Riviera, France

Today we arrive on the chic French Riviera. There’ll be fragrances galore at a tour of a local perfumery. (B,D)

 

Day 6 French Riviera

Laze on the beach today or stroll the promenades. Tonight we head to the glamorous principality of Monaco – good luck at the casinos! (B)

 

Day 7 French Riviera to Florence,Italy.

After taking ‘that photo’ in Pisa, it’s on to the home of Renaissance art, Florence. (B,D)

 

Day 8 Florence to Rome

Spend this morning in Florence then on to Rome. The Colosseum, the Pantheon, coffee and ice cream shops, hip bars and nightclubs – they’re all here in one of Europe’s greatest cities. (B)

 

Day 9 Rome

Free day to explore the Eternal City and the Vatican City. The Sistine Chapel is definitely worth a visit. (B)

 

Day 10 Rome to Venice

We travel to the grand canals and artworks of Venice, via Verona, home of Romeo and Juliet. (B,D)

 

Day 11 Venice

Our walking tour takes in all the major sights. Our vaporetto ride on the Grand Canal is fascinating and an optional gondola ride is a must do! (B)

 

Day 12 Venice to Pag Island, Croatia via Slovenia

Via the stunning caves of Postojna, we travel along spectacular coastline to our resort on the beautiful island of Pag. (B,D)

 

Day 13 Pag Island

A free day to relax and soak up the sun by day and party at night! Pag is our island hideaway in Croatia - get there

before the crowds do! (B) 

 

Day 14 Pag Island to Ljubljana,Slovenia.

This ancient city is sure to surprise. An eclectic mix of old and new makes for one of our most popular stops. (B)

 

Day 15 Ljubljana to Salzburg,Austria.

After exploring the dramatic scenery around Lake Bled in Slovenia we carry on to the home of the Sound of Music, Salzburg. (B,D)

 

Day 16 Salzburg to Prague, Czech Republic

We pay our respects at the former concentration camp, Mauthausen, and then it’s on to beautiful Prague where we take an evening walking tour. (B,D)

 

Day 17 Prague

This city will amaze and captivate, from the artists around Charles Bridge to the old traditional inns. We have plenty of free time today to wander around the historic city centre and enjoy the excellent (and cheap) local beer. (B)

 

Days 18-19 Prague to Berlin,Germany.

First stop historic Dresden. Then it’s time to get acquainted with the buzzing nightlife and historic monuments of Berlin. Included on our city tour are the famous Victory Monument, Brandenburg Gate,

Reichstag and Ku’Dam. We see the Checkpoint Charlie Museum and travel down the Unter Den Linden in former East Berlin. (B,D) (B)

 

Day 20 Berlin to Amsterdam,Netherlands. 

Red lights, hip bars, coffee shops and canals – this unique blend gives Amsterdam a special atmosphere! (B)

 

Day 21 Amsterdam

See the city on our included bicycle tour and then explore, chill-out or party – choices, choices! (B,D)

 

Day 22 Amsterdam to London

We return to London, stopping for some chocolate and beer tasting in Brugge, arriving back in London in the evening. (B)
