You don't get that much included. And I looked up on of the Berlin tours and the company runs this for FREE!! Where as we paid 15 euro for it.

Could have had more included group meals, or at least organised by the tour leader as optional instead of dropping us off in the town square after a long day on the bus, straight into a walking tour and then left to find something and eat within an hour.

The included meals were below average across the board and felt rushed to get in and out (by the restaurant).

In my pack information it listed as a towel not needed, that was incorrect. I packed one anyway, luckily otherwise I’d have to pay for a towel in each location.

Have already provided feedback for the tour I did but I forgot to mention, firstly the whole tour and trip was amazing, all the places visited was unreal, only thing I would improve from a top deck POV is there needs to be more than 500Mb per person on the busses wifi. 500Mb really is a joke.... apart from that, no issues at all

The different places and experiences planned for us were all amazing, I loved the cheese factory in Amsterdam and while not everything was my cup of tea ( like the guys leading the pub crawl who made us stand outside in the cold to explain things rather than doing it in the empty pubs) it just made it more of an experience. I loved that we got heaps of free time too it was a good balance.

We missed out on some of the extras that were included into our trip because of unforeseen circumstances (weather and traffic), a disclaimer about the possibility of this happening would've been good to include in the booking process.
But other than that great experience and value!
