They were great! Knowledgeable and friendly

Loved the locations we travelled to. Just wished Florence and Switzerland was a bit longer days.

Fun, but not what expected. Honestly it was quite exhausting and the included dinners were not that great. Also, two of the hotels were not great. I am glad I went, but I would not do a tour like this again, it's too much in a short amount of time.

It wasn't value for money and you felt rushed. Spend a lot of time on the bus and service stations.

I really enjoyed every day of the trip and all of the tourist attractions that we saw.

See comments above. Bad tour guide. Everything seemed disorganised. Always running late. Limited time in each location. Even further limited by having to wait for other people who got drunk each night with the tour guide. Then even more limited time after we had to visit Top Deck organised things like a watch shop ( where they tried to make more money from us)

Was really good experience. We still had a couple days to our selves as well to explore and do our own thing

It was the perfect amount of cities in 8 days. Wish we had a little bit more time in Florence, and Lucerne, but understand trying to pack in as much in little time.

En realidad no sé a lo que se refieren con "las compras", no sé si es específicamente al Tour o las compras realizadas durante éste, porque mi opinión sobre el Tour ya lo dí más arriba que fué muy bueno, pero una de las cosas que no me gustaron fué al comprar el Tour, ya me habían dado un precio y ya a última hora me lo cambiaron a más, no me gustó, pero como estaba muy interesada lo terminé pagando y además, el servicio brindado por la Agencia de Viajes que me conectó con Topdeck no me brindó el servicio que yo hubiese deseado, la que me atendía casi nunca me llamaba, no me daba seguimiento, los boletos aéreos que me ofrecía eran muy costosos - aunque al final terminó igualándome el costo de un pasaje que encontré en otra agencia -, siento que se aprovechó de lo muy interesada que estaba, la pasaba llamando para que diera nueva información, más opciones y debiendo ser al revés, de hecho la contacté nuevamente para que cotizara otro tour para este año y no me prestó atención, con esa agencia no vuelvo a trabajar y en general no me brindó buen servicio, todo esta en pequeños detalles.

Para recomendación del Tour en general, de lo único que me quejo es de un aspecto que me incomodó mucho y esto es del hotel en el que nos hospedamos en Lucerna, Suiza -Hotel Himmerlrich-, la vista y las habitaciones, muy cómodas y amplias, pero... en la entrada se quita el encanto: las gradas, hay gradas para subir a un pasillo y después más gradas, muy estrechas por cierto, para subir a recepción, no hay algo habilitado para facilitar el ingreso del equipaje ni nadie ayudando - ni de parte del hotel o un compañero -, por lo que se debe revisar este aspecto, porque uno andaba cargando tanta cosa y esas gradas no ayudaban en mucho, muy mala entrada.
Esta sería mi única recomendación para el Tour, la anterior es para que lo tomen en cuenta para el pre-servicio.

Great snipett and introduction to europe

The whole trip was amazing from beginning to end. Although we wish we were able to spend more time in some places, overall it was great!
