TRIP VIBE = fast-paced fun with tons of socialising, bucket-list sights and good times all round.

So your boss only gave you two weeks leave? Lucky for you this firecracker of a Euro trip fits so perfectly into 15 days it’s almost too good to be true. Get a taste of Europe with the big-gun cities, the bucket-list items and alllllll the carb-loaded, cheese-topped, sugar-filled delights that only Europe can deliver. There’s not really a better introduction to Europe than this.

Map & itinerary

Day 1 - London – Paris

Meet the crew in London and load up the coach – we’re hitting the road early to jump across the channel. The home of Coco Chanel, the Mona Lisa and world’s craziest roundabout – Paris deserves its rep as the European capital for all things culture, fashion and bloody good food. Get to know the City of Love with a driving tour. Then? Switch Paris mode ON and get exploring! The first holy-sh*t-we're-really-here optional activity to tick off: an evening cruise down the River Seine.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Generator Paris or similar

Activities
  • Paris highlights drive

Your Options

  • Seine River cruise: from €15

Day 2 - Paris

This is your day, your way. So make every second count. Create a solid dent in your bucket list with a visit to the Louvre (get your tix in advance!). Snap a pic of the Arc de Triomphe. Wander the Champs Elysées. Or discover the hidden back-streets on your own. Walking not your thing? Stretch out those legs on an optional bike tour. Tonight, it’s time for a delish meal with the gang. Then dress to impress for an optional cabaret show. Think: sparking lights, death-defining acrobatics, OTT costumes and the can-can (of course).

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Generator Paris or similar

Meals
  • Dinner

Your Options

  • Bike tour of Paris: from €36
  • Parisian cabaret show: prices available locally

Day 3 - Paris – Swiss Alps

Trade in Parisian streets for snowy peaks. Warm up those vocal cords, we’ll be blasting some tunes on the ride into the mountains – stopping for a few pics on the way. Home to the ‘Top of Europe’, 72 waterfalls and one of the largest nature conservations in Switzerland – tonight we're bunking down in the jaw-dropping Swiss Alps. Sit back in the fresh alpine air with a cold beverage and crack open that new pack of playing cards. Who knows Rummy?

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Schützenbach Backpackers or similar

Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 4 - Swiss Alps

If the Swiss Alps had a Tinder bio, it’d be: fun, outdoor enthusiast – looking for a fellow adrenaline junkie to share adventures with. And we’d swipe right. Skydiving over BEAUT snowcapped peaks. Helicopter-ing across epic glaciers. It’s all here. If you’re wanting something a bit more low-key, strap on the Nikes and walk the valley floor. Or hop on board the Jungfraubahn railway for an optional scenic excursion to the 'Top of Europe’. Expect seriously epic views and plenty of fairytale villages en route. Haven’t had cheese fondue yet? Go. Now.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Schützenbach Backpackers or similar

Your Options

  • Scenic excursion to Jungfrau ('The Top of Europe'): from 199 CHF
  • Helicopter ride in the Swiss Alps with glacier landing: prices available locally
  • Skydiving in the Swiss Alps: from 475 CHF

Day 5 - Swiss Alps – Pisa – Florence

Buy that mini-fondue set. Down your coffee. And wave goodbye to Switzerland – we’re off to the land of the long boot. Ngl, today’s a bit of a drive day so make sure you have your travel pillow handy. We’ll break it up with a stop in Pisa where you can get your creative juices flowing for THAT photo with a particularly lopsided tower...Then, make your food baby sing as we roll into the birthplace of gelato: Florence. Tonight, it’s time to hunt down some of that hearty Tuscan cuisine you’ve been dreaming about – plus a scoop (or two) of the good stuff. Challenge: decide on your favourite flavour in two days.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

a&o Hostel Firenze Campo di Marte or similar

Activities
  • Visit Pisa and see the famous Leaning Tower
Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 6 - Florence

Florence has more stories than Bilbo Baggins, more culture than a London hipster AND it gave the world David (the massive marble naked guy FYI). We’ll get the lay of the land on a walking tour with a local guide. Then: take your new-found knowledge and hit the streets solo. Uffizi Gallery. Ponte Vecchio. Piazza della Signoria. The Duomo. You can’t see it all, but you sure as hell can try!

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

a&o Hostel Firenze Campo di Marte or similar

Activities
  • Walking tour of Florence with local guide

Day 7 - Florence – Rome

You’ve got a free morning to soak up a lil more of Florence before we set the GPS for bella Roma! When we arrive, dump your stuff at your digs and then get your bearings on an orientation walk with your Tour Leader. Pass by the Pantheon, throw your two cents in the Trevi Fountain, (don’t) sit on the Spanish Steps and check out the mighty Colosseum. You're in Disneyland for foodies, so you know dinner tonight is gonna be good wherever you end up.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

MEININGER Roma Termini or similar

Activities
  • Orientation walk of Rome with Trip Leader
Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 8 - Rome

Time to live out your Eat. Pray. Love. fantasies – today is all about Vespas, espresso, two-cheeked kisses and pizza (the way it’s supposed to taste). Get your fill of i-con-ic sights on an optional walking tour. It’s a toss up between Vatican City or Colosseum! Or fill up on delish pasta and wine during an optional food tour. Then do as the locals do and indulge in a little dolce far niente (delicious idleness) at a local cafe or piazza. Tonight, shake out those fat pants for round two. Thought you’d tried all the gelato flavours? Think again. Later: gather the gang and get ready to party Roman style (but with fewer togas, more cocktails).

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

MEININGER Roma Termini or similar

Your Options

  • Guided tour of Vatican City: from €80
  • Tour of Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum: from €70
  • Food and wine tour of Rome: from €79

Day 9 - Rome – Venice

Order one more espresso in poor Italian (hey, you tried!) – we’re off to Venice after breakfast. You know it as The Floating City, but this place is actually sinking (slowly). Check out the usual suspects on an orientation walk with our Trip Leader – keep your eyes peeled for St Mark''s Square, Doge’s Palace and Accademia Bridge. Then: take a gondola ride down the Grand Canal. When in Venice, right? Dinner tonight is on you, what delicious carb-laden Italian meal haven’t you tried yet? Order two.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Anda Venice Hostel or similar

Activities
  • Orientation walk of Venice with Trip Leader
Meals
  • Breakfast

Your Options

  • Get a personalised trip t-shirt, hoodie or singlet: prices available locally

Day 10 - Venice – Munich

Next up? A country where beer is officially considered an essential food group (right next to sausage and sauerkraut). Helloooo Germany! We’ll kick things off with a walking tour of Munich, then it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for – an appropriate occasion to wear lederhosen. Head to the 428-year-old Hofbräuhaus for a royal Happy Hour experience or find the Chinese beer garden (or any beer garden for that matter) for a stein-sesh with your trip mates. Prost!

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Wombat's City Hostel Werksviertel or similar

Activities
  • Walking tour of Munich with Trip Leader
Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 11 - Munich – Berlin

Another day, another food-obsessed European city. Berlin we love you. Prep yourself for currywurst, bratwurst and more hipsters per capita than anywhere else. We'll drive you around to see the main sights including (what's left of) the Berlin Wall, Zoo Gardens, the Holocaust Museum, Charlottenburg Palace and Alexanderplatz. Then: the afternoon is 100% up to you! Our suggestion? Head to Burgermeister: a public toilet turned best-burger-joint-in-Berlin. Trust us.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

a&o Berlin Mitte or similar

Activities
  • Berlin highlights drive
Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 12 - Berlin

You’ve got 24 hrs here. Make the most of it. Our advice? Opt in for a historic walking tour that’s, you know, not boring. Get a local insight into what the city was like under Nazi rule and tick off the likes of the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburg Gate. Or put those taste buds to the to the ultimate test on an awesome AF food tour. We’re talking kebabs, pastries, currywurst, pierogi and local beers (this is Germany after all). Tonight, it’s time to see whether the nightlife here really lives up to the hype.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

a&o Berlin Mitte or similar

Your Options

  • Third Reich walking tour: from €20
  • Afternoon food tour of Berlin: from €50

Day 13 - Berlin – Amsterdam

Ok, nobody panic – we’ve only got two days left. But the adventure sure as hell isn’t over yet! We’ve got our eye on Amsterdam next – time to hit the cobblestones and explore. Check out the likes of Dam Square, the Royal Palace and the National Monument with your free time. This place is a foodie’s haven, so you’ll have no trouble finding somewhere to settle in for dinner. Try traditional Dutch pancakes (sweet/savoury/both at once) or head to the Foodhallen for alllll the world snacks. Later, make a beeline for a canalside wine bar or brewery to keep the good times rolling.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Hans Brinker Hostel or similar

Meals
  • Breakfast

Day 14 - Amsterdam

This is our last full day. So don’t hang about – get on your bike! Check out Amsterdam's iconic canals, bridges and parks on an optional bike tour. Or for the history fiends – delve a bit deeper with a visit to the Anne Frank House (don’t forget to book in advance!). Culture more your thing? Hit the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Whatever you get up to, make sure you’re back in time for tonight’s group dinner – we’ll be going out with a bang.

Your Inclusions

Accommodation

Hans Brinker Hostel or similar

Meals
  • Dinner

Your Options

  • Bike tour of Amsterdam: from €32

Day 15 - Amsterdam – London

Two weeks. Six countries. Countless good times. What-an-epic-trip. After breakfast, it’s time to hit the road back to ol’ Blighty. Blast the Trip Song one last time and swap TikTok handles – you’ll need them to organise next year’s reunion!

Tour Leader Sabia and Bus Driver George were amazing!
One of the best things I've ever done and trust me, I was worried it wouldn't live up to expectations before the trip but I am very glad I did it.
I'd love to do another trip in the future!

This trip is 100% worth it. Sis our trip leader (and Ryan) were incredible and went above and beyond for us. Mike the bus driver made the drive days as smooth as possible which made us have more time in our locations. The trip is perfect for anyone who wants to explore heaps of Europe in a short amount of time, with great hostels, activities and people I would do it again tomorrow if I could.

5

Lucas June 2024

Great trip to smash out so much in such a short amount of time! Having Sicily, Mike and Ryan as our trip leaders made the holiday. If you’re booking a top deck, pray you have one of these three.

5

Alex Pe June 2024

This trip was the most amazing experience of my life, I couldn't recommend this enough. It's scary, exhilarating, fun, busy, fast paced, and all of the other things, buts mostly lifechanging, i made friends for life and walked away with the best memories.

Dylan & Catalin made the experience so much better than it already was, they're knowledge on culture and history was phenomenal and they're...

Get Social Central Europe Highlights was incredible. For my first time doing a solo trip it was so nice having a trip leader available to ask questions and help organise some amazing experiences! I loved being apart of the tour as well, it helped take the pressure out of getting from place to place and seeing the most you can with the time you have in each location. The tour activities are also...

Nathan We June 2024

Trip leader and bus driver we're well informed about each destination and super friendly. The tour is pretty fast-paced but is a fantastic introduction to central Europe.
The choice of hostels used were as decent as you get for hostels. The use of third party vendors (such as food tour guides) were well selected, and the available extras really enriched the trip. Glad I booked this tour for my...

Everything was great

It was a great way to get a taste of Europe! The only thing that could use some work are the hostels, less per room would be perfect and the Amstradam hostel "Hans Brinker" was not ideal at all, super small room for 6 people and their baggage, and I definitely saw a rat coming out of the cafeteria one super early morning.

Anonymous May 2024

This was a great way to see a lot of Europe but be aware that it is incredibly fast paced, at times only having about 12-14 hours in one place, usually over night as well. You will also spend 50% of your trip in the bus, having regular long days in the coach, around 11-13 hours! My trip leader Jude and driver Ioannis, we’re both fantastic! Jude was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun...

The trip was really great, made some friends for life and found places that I want to go back to.
However, the group dinner in Paris was in a location that many of the women felt uncomfortable in, a few of us having bad experiences.
The group dinner in Amsterdam was awful, most people didn't like the food and ended up having to spend money afterwards.
I think the collaseum and Vatican should be...

4

Would 100% recommend going on a tour with TopDeck. Everything was organised great and the coach was comfortable to be on too. Would have liked a couple more days in some spots but the longer trips obviously cater for that. Only thing I wasn’t a fan off (not including the ridiculously hot weather) was the walk tour in Rome due to dinner halfway through taking too long to get through but that’s a...

Was a great trip loved the places and the people, whoever could of done with a little less driving on the bus.

3

Trip overall was very tiring as you spend lot more time in the coach then actually enjoying the places. when booking the trip there was not enough information on how we will taken from one city to another. Also, some of the hostels were really bad.
