Frequently asked questions

I’ve downloaded the Topdeck Travel app, but can’t log in. What do I do?

Reach out to the Customer Service team to ensure your details match those we have on our system. If we can’t fix it, we’ll shoot it off to our app team and get back to you within 3-4 business days.

Can I book and pay for Your Options through the app?

Some Your Options are bookable through the Topdeck Travel app, but not all. If the activity you’re looking for can't be booked via the app, ask your Trip Leader on the road who’ll be more than happy to help.

I’ve booked a trip with my mates. Can we all access the app?

Yep. But first, each of you has to create a My Topdeck account with the email provided for the trip.

When will I be able to access the app?

After you’ve booked your trip and created a My Topdeck account. Once downloaded, you’ll be able to see your itinerary, but Your Options and Local Lowdown Maps are only unlocked upon making your final payment, approx. 60 days before departure.
