On-road hygiene

Our modern fleet of Topdeck coaches are immaculately cleaned before each trip starts and regularly throughout. Your Topdeck Crew will ensure the daily sanitisation of all surfaces – with a focus on high-frequency touchpoints like handles and railings. Our health and hygiene procedures have been recommended by leading health experts to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and increase the safety for you, our Crew and the local communities we visit along the way.

Keeping each other safe

To ensure the safety of you and your fellow Topdeckers, it’s essential you take responsibility for your own wellbeing by familiarising yourself with hygiene and safety measures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). These include washing your hands regularly (but you were already doing that, right?), complying with local social distancing guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable. All Topdeckers will be required to complete a pre-boarding declaration confirming you understand your personal responsibilities throughout your trip.

On-road partners

COVID-times have prompted us to work closer than ever with our partners and suppliers to ensure they are able to meet all recommended health standards once we return to the road. We’ve reviewed cleaning protocols, hygiene records, reduction of touch points, customer ratings and risk assessment policies to ensure your safety and wellbeing remains the highest priority.
